Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer fast and affordable shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 4–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (available at checkout)
- International Shipping: Currently unavailable
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
3. Shipping Providers We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the delivery address and shipping option selected.
4. Tracking Your Order You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can track your package at any time through your account or the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.
6. Delays & Lost Packages While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@nuralen.com.
7. Damaged or Missing Items If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package.
